Releasing Contractor Work Orders before starting the work. Do the measurement certification of contractor billing. Material Reconciliation & Contractor measurement Reconciliation. Maintaining & Monitoring Documentation, As Built Drawing, Technical Submittal, Operation & Maintenance Manual, Test Certificate ,Warranty period establishment to service department. Monitoring Schedules and supervises all Procurement of material & installation, manpower planning activities for the timely execution of project.
